Calves and lambs stay with their mothers for extended periods, up to ten months or even their entire lives for some. We are blending old-fashioned farming methods with a modern sensibility. We believe that traditional practices, combined with innovative thinking, create a better environment for our animals and produce higher quality meat. This commitment translates to a unique product. We offer meat from animals raised with care and attention. We operate on a small scale, slaughtering a few times a year.
